How far ahead do I need to place my order?

Lead times for virtually all custom designs (hand piped designs or logos) are approximately 1-week depending on the season and volume of cookies needed.

What styles of cookie decoration do you offer?

We have a wide variety of styles to customize your cookies. We can cut cookies into shapes and ice in colors, and offer full customization to feature your favorite character. We require 3 cookies per design. So if you order 12 cookies, you can have up to 4 designs in your order.

What is the cost of Hand Piped Cookies?

Couture cookies start at $5 each and will go up depending on the level of design, number of colors used, etc. Character cookies start at $5.25 each and could go up depending on the level of design. You can send us any photo of cookies you like and we can give you an accurate price.

What is your minimum order quantity?

We require a minimum of 12 cookies per custom order. After that, cost is calculated on a per cookie basis. For example, you may order 15 if you don’t need 24.

What cookie flavors do you offer?

Our hand piped cookies are traditionally baked as Sugar cookies to reduce issues with nut allergies. However, you may request having your hand piped cookies made in our Original flavor, which has a hint of almond.

How do you package hand piped cookies?

Cookies come boxed, unless otherwise specified. Fees for additional options may be required.

Do you offer hand piped cookie delivery?

Delivery is offered via our branded car. However, if your order is time sensitive, we may contract delivery out to Blue Sky Couriers, GrubHub or Uber Eats. All providers also offer delivery to your doorstep. Please inquire about fees at the time of ordering.
